Sławomir Momot

Sławomir graduated in Finance and Banking from Warsaw School of Economics as well as in Law from Warsaw University. He also holds the diploma of CEMS MIM Program. He is an alumnus of Capital Market Leaders Academy and a licensed stock broker. Passed all three levels of the CFA Program.

He joined mInvestment Banking in August 2016. Sławomir possesses over 10 years of experience in transaction advisory.

Prior to joining mIB, he worked as a financial director of InterKadra, where he was responsible for M&A, financing and optimization of management processes. Previously working at an investment boutique CAG he actively participated in numerous M&A transactions of companies belonging to private owners and private equity funds in CEE region.

Krzysztof Rudnik

Krzysztof Rudnik, director

 

Krzysztof Rudnik has over 20 years of experience in M&A, equity valuations and building shareholders value. Prior to joining mBank Investment Banking Team he was engaged at Deloitte, Ernst & Young and BRE Corporate Finance. Since 2013 he was associated with Total FIZ investment fund, where he was responsible for supervision of portfolio companies. He was an executive in Cormay Diagnostics, where he co-managed company’s restructuring, as well as, he was responsible for disinvestment of Diesse, an Italian subsidiary, and development and commercialization of blood testing analysers.

Krzysztof has first-hand experience in such industries like medtech, consumer goods, services and entertainment.

Krzysztof graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied at NHH in Bergen, Norway, as part of the CEMS programme. He qualified as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Jarosław Parczewski

Jarosław Parczewski, director

 

Manager associated with the capital market for more than twenty years, with unique experience in corporate financial restructuring, knowledge of management and compliance in the financial market and in development projects in the environment of multinational corporations.

Graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw. Holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) title.

He began his career in regulatory and supervisory institutions, where he was involved in the creation of the government's first Capital Market Development Strategy. His professional development then continued in investment companies holding managerial and executive positions in a multinational corporation.

Before joining mIB, he successfully led a strategic restructuring project for a company implementing key infrastructure investments in Poland. Prior to that, he was responsible for finance and investment projects in the CEE

Anna Romaniuk

Anna Romaniuk, director

 

Anna is a graduate of the Finance and Banking Faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics. She also holds the diploma of the international CEMS MIM program (Master in International Management) and studied at Aalto University in Finland. She is a member of mInvestment Banking team since June of 2015.

Previously, she worked for over 5 years at an investment boutique FIDEA Corporate Finance, where she had the opportunity to work on numerous M&A projects. She possesses extensive experience in transaction advisory services for Polish and international clients from different sectors, including the food industry and medical services.

Prior to joining FIDEA, she gained experience in the investment banking in the M&A department of the Dutch bank Rabobank, focused on the food industry. During her work she was relocated to the bank's headquarter in Amsterdam and she was a member of the European M&A team.

She gained her first professional experience in the equity research departments of UniCredit CAIB and mBank.
