Jacek graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (the Finance and Accounting Faculty) and post-graduate studies focused on Valuation methods.

He joined mInvestment Banking in September 2015. Jacek gains his experience working on M&A projects and due diligence processes related to food and recycling sectors as well as preparation of financial models, valuations ans business plans. He also worked on preparation of information memoranda and market analyses on food, recycling and household sectors. 

Justyna graduated from the University of Warsaw in 2 majors: Finance and Accounting & Management, specializing in Corporate Finance Management. She joined the mInvestment Banking team in 2008 and currently works on the manager position.

Justyna has experience in the field of company valuation, financial modeling, business plan preparation, conduction of M&A and corporate finance projects as well as preparation of IPO transactions. She took part in the implementation of projects for clients spanning from various industries, such us pharmacy, cosmetics, chemistry and tourism.

Karolina graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (the Finance and Accouting Faculty). She joined mInvestment Banking in September 2017.

Previously Karolina worked as a corporate credit analyst in ING Bank Śląski, where she was responsible for providing debt financing to companies operating in food, construction, defence and automotive sectors. Prior joing ING, Karolina gained her experience in investment banking as an analyst at Vestor Dom Maklerski, participating in bond issue projects, IPO and M&A transactions.

Wiktor graduated from Wrocław University of Economics with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Economics. He joined mInvestment Banking in June, 2021.

Before joining mInvestment Banking, Wiktor worked for Savills, where he participated in real estate M&A projects and valuation of commercial properties. He began his career working for PwC’s Deal Advisory, where he advised during financing, restructuring and M&A deals.

Sebastian holds a degree in Economics from the Cracow University of Economics. He joined the mInvestment Banking team in January 2024.

Prior to joining mInvestment Banking, Sebastian worked at independent financial advisory firms CAG and MacDonald & Associates where he advised shareholders and executive management teams of companies active across Central and Eastern Europe in transactions involving strategic mergers and acquisitions. His career in the financial advisory industry began with internships at global investment banks Rothschild & Co and Societe Generale and at the international advisory firm EY.

Michał graduted from Warsaw School of Economics (the Finance and Accounting Faculty) and from Poznań Economics University with Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting. He joined mInvestment Banking in October 2017. He actively paricipates in M&A transactions as well as corporate finance projects as an associate since March 2021.

Prior to joining mInvestment Banking, Michał worked in the credit risk team at BZ WBK and as well as in the financial risk team of ENEA. His previous M&A experience he gained working in corporate finance team of BZ WBK.

Daniel graduated from University of Economics in Cracow with Master's Degree in Financial Markets. Daniel holds the Investment Advisor license issued by KNF (no. 776). He joined the mInvestment Banking team in August 2019.

Prior to joining the mIB team, Daniel gained his professional experience in the financial Due Diligence division of Transaction Advisory Services in EY, where he participated in transaction projects for companies and private equity funds. He also gained professional experience in Noblefunds TFI, where he performed analyses of companies listed on both WSE and LSE and prepared investment recommendations.

Grzegorz holds a master's degree from Warsaw School of Economics in Finance and Accounting, whereas he has completed his bachelor studies in Finance and Accounting at Poznań University of Economics. Currently he is in the process of pursuing his second field of study in Corporate Finance Management at Warsaw School of Economics. On top of that, Grzegorz is an alumni of the XIII London Study Excursion edition.

Grzegorz joined mIB on the position of an analyst in April 2019. Prior to that, he began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Trigon, where he actively participated in M&A and equity capital markets projects for companies and private equity funds from the CEE region.

Jakub graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Accounting with Corporate Finance specialty. Jakub is also a CFA charterholder.

He joined the mInvestment Banking team in 2022. Prior to joining the mIB team, Jakub gained his professional experience in KPMG’s Deal Advisory team, where he participated in plenty of advisory projects pertaining to both business valuations and financial modelling.

Tomasz graduated from Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed his master's degree in the field of Corporate Finance Management and bachelor's degree in the field of Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems. He participates in the CFA program. Tomasz joined mInvestment Banking in March 2023.

Prior to joining the mIB team, Tomasz gained his professional experience in Reino Partners, where he participated in investment projects on commercial real estate market and in Oakway Europe, where he participated in capital raising projects for real estate.

Jan joined the mInvestment Banking team in 2023 and is a winner and finalist of international and national M&A industry competitions. His achievements include the final of the CFA Research Challenge - Poland and the Baltics, victory in PwC M&Asters and the final of the 18th edition of the EY Financial Challenger. Prior to joining mIB, he gained experience at the Belgian clearing bank, Euroclear, handling investment fund transactions.

Agnieszka graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Accounting. She also completed the Private Markets Investments Programme from University of Oxford. Agnieszka received several distinctions in national and international industry competitions – i.a. she is a laureate of the CFA Research Challenge in Poland and the Baltic Region. She joined the mInvestment Banking team in 2023. Prior to joining mIB, Agnieszka gained her professional experience in PwC’s Deal Advisory team, where she worked on a number of M&A projects, EY’s Valuation and Business Modelling team and Pekao Investment Banking.
