mInvestment Banking acted as the exclusive financial adviser to the Vectra Group in securing PLN 3.2 billion of debt financing provided by a consortium of six banks. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and to support further expansion of the Group’s telecommunications infrastructure, as well as potential M&A projects.
